here is some more information that hopefully makes the problem clearer:
i have performed two different fmri-experiments, with two different stimuli,
different numbers of scans and different numbers of activation conditions
in my analysis i would like to visualize only the overlapping cortical
regions, i.e. regions that are activated in both experiments
i work with brainvoyager 4.2. the software creates R-maps (multiple
correlation coefficient) from the glm-analysis of each experiment. since the
glm also gives me an F-value for the R-threshold, i can determine a
p-threshold for each experiment.
after conjunction analysis of the R-maps, i don't know, how to determine a
p-threshold for the resulting conjunction map, since the pre-conjunction
maps have two different p-values for a specific R-value.
even though i'm not using the spm software, i hope there is somebody who can
help me with this...
