Could do. Note though that the number of timebins need not equal the
number of slices (ie a reference bin of 8 out of 16 would achieve the
same effect). As long as you have sufficient bins given your TR (so that
you have timepoints at least every 0.5s say), increasing the number of
timebins beyong this will have little effect on the ultimate stats.
