Hello all! I am trying to run a repeated measures analysis and am not quite
sure whether I have set this up correctly. Could anyone offer some advice?
I have the following design- subjects perform 4 blocks. Each block consists
of 5 scans of control period and 21 of task. I'm interested in how the
effect of task changes across the blocks. Here is how I have specified the
model:
TR=3.4 sec
26 scans per session
replicated? yes
timing the same? yes
1 cond or trial (task)
not stochastic
fixed SOA
SOA for task =26
time to first trial=6
no parametric modulation
these trials are epochs
boxcar convolved with hrf
include temporal derivatives
scans for task=21
interactions among trials=yes
no regressors.
Then when I estimate the model, I use the F contrasts and put the effects of
interest contrast together with one I specify- -3 -1 1 3 for the linear
trend across blocks. I examine these two as inclusive.
Does the resulting display reflect the task x block interaction?
Also, right now I am only examining one subject. How do I include multiple
subjects in this analysis?
Thanks in advance for your help!
