The results files are stored in SPM's working directory. This is usually
matlab's current directory, which is by default the directory that you start
matlab in. In windows this defaults to the matlab work directory. To store
the results in a different directory, you can use the SPM Utils button, choose
CD, and choose the new directory. From thence results will be stored in the
that directory.
