"load and resave in Matlab 5.3" means that the contents of each
render_*.mat were loaded into Matlab 5.3, and saved back into
a new render_*.mat.
There was a glitch on some systems that meant that Matlab had problems
loading the render_*.mat files. You can test to see if this is the
problem that you were experiencing by typing:
rendfile = 'D:\spm99\rend\render_smooth_average.mat';
load(rendfile)
and also:
dir D:\spm99\rend\render_smooth_average.mat
to see if the file actually exists. If it does not actually load the
file, then I don't really have any good suggestions, except possibly
checking the file permissions to see if it is readable.
All the best,
-John
| We copied the render_*.mat files from FIL website to SPM99/rend folder and
| deleted the old ones. After this we tried to get results, but the same error
| message below
| remained. We also tried Matthew Brett's files, but we didn't succeed to open
| them.
|
| There is still a loading error. Did we go somewhere wrong?
| Or is this problem more complicated?
| What does that load and resave in Matlab 5.3 actually mean?
| We are using SPM99 and Matlab 5.3.
|
| Thanks,
| Esa
