Hi everyone,
I've written a freeware Unix visualisation tool called mri3dX which is
useful for viewing functional and structural brain images. It has the
ability to import functional data from SPM (exported using Write
Filtered) and display the data on either slice views or any number of
volume rendered views.
The homepage for mri3dX is:
http://www.liv.ac.uk/mariarc/mri3dX/
The download page is:
http://www.liv.ac.uk/mariarc/mri3dX/mri3dX_download.html
If you do download the software, please register (on the download page)
for bug reports/updates. Please read the Download page carefully as
there are a number of important issues.
Documentation is pretty (actually, very!) sparse at present, but there
is a quickstart tutorial. I'll do my best to support users via email,
but I can't guarantee how quickly you'll get a response....
all the best,
krish
