Dear SPMers,
First, what I did.
There are two tasks (A, B) and a control (C). I made comparisons between task
A - B and con_AB.img was created. As I wanted to exclude negative contribution
from task B, I used ImCalc and masked con_AB.img (i1) with con_BC.img (or it
should be con_B.img, anyway it is i2) with expression of 'i1-i1.*(i2<0).'
0. Is this masking correct? Or are there some better ways to do this?
I found two problems in the created image (at least for me).
1. The voxel values outside of the brain were set to 0 instead of NaN.
2. The voxel values inside of the brain were rescaled.
As far as I went through, I did not find this in the SPM archives but if these
are true problems, would someone tell me how to cope with them?
Any comment is very much appreciated.
Thank you very much in advance.
