Dear SPM'ers
I have a very basic question concerning the interpretation of PET
results using SPM 99 with the classic substraction paradigm. We have
two conditions of interest (A & B) and a control (C) . When contrasting
A-C and B-C, we found differences in Z-score and number of voxels in a
given cortical area (parietal):
- A-C: Z = 5.50 ; voxel extent 800
- B-C: Z = 6.41 ; voxel extent 1101.
Is it possbile to use these informations (ie increase in voxel
extent) in the interpretattion of the data ?
Thank you in advance,
