Dear Geraint,
I checked that the first image in the time series opens correctly
using the display function is MatLab. It does. I don't think there are
any problems with the read/write permissions either.
So, I went to the web address at which the Matlab code for
SPM_movie is located. I see the code, but have no idea how to use it. I
tried copying it into my MatLab window and pressing return but it gives
an error which reads:
??? der to view movie ?

Missing ' at end of string or misplaced transpose operator.
Any advice would be appreciated.
