| I have a problem with displaying too small characters in the UI of SPM99
| under %subj and Matlab 5.3. It is especially unpleasant in the SPMhelp
| window (when I try to print the help to the PS, it is printed in the
| BBox bigger than A4 format even that I have no problem with printing of
| any results).
With such a wide range of different screen sizes, it is quite tricky to
make the font such that it can fit into the buttons/figures, and still
be read on all screens. The SPM development team worked on screens that
are approximately 1152x900 pixels, but did not do a great deal of testing
on smaller screens.
All I can suggest for making the fonts systemmatically larger is to
edit spm.m at around line 918 from:
sf = 1 + 0.85*(min(spm('WinScale'))-1);
to something like:
sf = 1 + 1.00*(min(spm('WinScale'))-1);
However, this may give you fonts that are readable, but too big for your
buttons or figures.
