As Darren suggests, we've also solved some problems by using post-script level 1
instead of 2.
However, I've come across another annoying problem which I haven't been able to
fix -- when I print out the results tables (Z-scores, p-values, etc.) to a
post-script file, all the minus signs disappear -- which is a problem for the
coordinates (unless you _really_ want only right hemisphere anterior dorsal
activations!). Of course, the correct coordinates can be inserted manually, but I
was hoping someone might know a better way.
Has anyone else come across this, or figured out how to fix it?
I've only used spm99 on a windowsNT machine, so I don't know if this generalizes
to unix systems.
(The same problem occurs for post-script, encapsulated post-script, and
encapsulated post-script with TIFF preview --- the program we use won't open
post-script level 2 images so I can't try that. If I print 'other format to file'
and chose 'adobe illustartor88', I can get the minus signs to appear, but then I
lose the glass brain at the top.)
Thanks for any advice,
Joe
