Hello,
I don't know how to specify more sessions while realigning one subject
in batch mode. 'Realign' is missing in "batch mode" help pages.
I have tried this, but it does not work:
--------------
analyses = struct ( ...
'type', [1], ...
'index', [1], ...
'work_dir', [1], ...
'mfile', [1] ...
);
type = { 'realign' };
work_dir = { '.' };
mfile = { 'realign.m' };
realign = struct (...
'subject_nb', 1, ...
'num_sessions', [2], ...
'sessions', [1 2], ...
'option', 3, ...
'reslice_method', 2, ...
'create', 4, ...
'adjust_sampling_errors', 0 ...
);
sessions(1) = struct ( ...
'images', {{['file1';'file2']}}...
);
sessions(2) = struct ( ...
'images', {{['file3';'file4']}}...
);
-----------------
Is 'realign.num_sessions' INTEGER or INTEGER_ARRAY?
Are 'realign.sessions' indeces into 'sessions'?
I also tried this:
...
'num_sessions', [2], ...
'sessions', 1, ...
...
sessions(1) = struct ( ...
'images', {{['file1';'file2'],['file3';'file4']}}...
);
It does some work, but I don't know if it is what I want.
Tkanks for tour help.
