I would greatly appreciate it if someone that has encountered a similar
error enlightens me...
I have been performing paired t-tests on normalized (and filtered)
segmented images. I display the images in spm and they look fine, but when
I perform the statistical analysis, after it is completed (100%), the
program hangs. I have performed the same exact analysis on images
segmented and/or normalized with different methods, including spm's
normalization, and had no problem before. One tip: the mask.img file is
created
but is empty. Here is the error message I get:
