Dear Stefan,
Thankyou for your help again. I made the change you gave in your
last e-mail to spm_list.m. 'Volume' now outputs all non-zero and not NaN
values except for the p corrected cluster values which are all
NaN. Could this be to do with the resel variable varargin{3}.R being
incorrectly calculated in spm_spm.m? Also the search volume in resels is
zero, since R(end) is zero (from varargin{3}.R). Finally the number of
voxels per resel was given as NaN but I changed line 290 of spm_list.m
to
varargin{3}.VOX,prod(FWHM(~isinf(FWHM))));
rather than
varargin{3}.VOX,prod(FWHM));
now I feel this is outputting the correct number of voxels per resel.
