Dear Milivoj:
Were you able to get SPM to start up in matlab? If so then click the
help button. This will show the manual that is contained within each
of the spm files. In addition, Matthew Brett has put together an
excellent set of web pages at
http://www.mrc-cbu.cam.ac.uk/Imaging/spmstats.html which explains how
to use SPM in a more step-by-step manner.
