Dear Michele,
may be that i missed a pervious e-mail of you, but the anatomical image
you send in the attachment is obviously not normalized, because the
subject 'looks' in the wrong direction. So may question is, are the
functional images normalized? Do you have coregistered the functional
and anatomical images? If not, you should check, which slice-order your
anatomical and the functional images have. I suppose, that the
anatomical images is in the wrong direction, so the first slice should
be the last slice.
