Dear all,
in an event-related fMRI experiment on language processing (ISI: 12.5
secs) we have not only used the hrf (and temporal derivative) but also the Gamma
functions for modelling the hemodynamic responses.
We are wondering whether the Gamma functions are the appropriate model and
would therefore welcome any advice from those who have already used these
functions. For which kind of studies can the Gamma functions be used and what
is the interpretation for activations indicated by the 1st, 2nd and 3rd
Gamma function ?
Thanks,
Susanne Weis & Marion Grande
