There is a batch system included in SPM, but really you
have to be a bit of an expert to use it. It is however
powerful once you have set up an analysis and want to
try out a couple of parameters... see spm_bch.man in
the spm99 distribution. (I'm afraid that there will be little
support for those who will try the batch system, but if you
have a number of analyses it will prove extremely useful)
There is also the batch version of spm99b in
http://www.kuleuven.ac.be/radiology/Research/fMRI/index.html
which I believe is simpler to use.
