Dear SPMers:
I am having difficulty with the thresholding of my data.
Specifically, in the past using SPM within MEDx I have
set an uncorrected F threshold = .9999 and then used the
rethreshold option to change both the height and extent
threshold (usually leaving the extent = .5 and varying
the height from .01 to .0001).
How do I accomplish this in SPM99? There is a default
for an upper tail F probability and then when performing
the stats analysis there is an option to correct the
threshold and another option to change the p-value.
Could you please explain these options and the best
manner in which to accomplish my task?
Also, is there and option to view z-maps as an
alternative to the F contrasts? There is an option for a
t-statistic however I do not know how to define the
contrasts.
Thanks for your help!
