hello,
We experience problems importing a ROI mask image file (search volume
in <S.V.C.> (small volume corrections)) just for one particular fMRI
data set but not for any other data set we used in the past. The
following error message appears:
Mask image rotated/sheared!
(relative to SPM image)
Can't use for SVC.
The ROI image files (containing zeros and ones) are generated with the
same segmentation software creating the same type of image data (data
format: 'uint8') and same type of header and no mat file. The only
difference between the first and second ROI image file is the matrix
dimension (128*128*16 resp 58*72*14), equal to the dimensions of the
original smoothed realigned fMRI data for which the SPM.mat file was
calculated. The variables SPM and VOL contain appropriate information
about matrix & voxel dimensions.
Is the problem in a variable of the SPM.mat file? or is it in the
quadratic nature of the data matrix and voxel size?
Thanks for any suggestions, bye,
Pisti
