Thank you for your answer Jack. Well, we do agree that the problem I faced in
realigning my fMRI images with SPM is a consequence of the interpolation method
used. But it is hard to believe that it comes from the movment of the subject.
There were in all 26 series with 13 subjects, taken on a time range of several
months, and all the realigned images I have checked so far show the same
pattern. I don't think the problem comes from the acquisition of the data
either.
The point is: we would like to understand where does this problem come from, for
it's the first time that such a thing happen, and its cause remains a mystery to
us.
