| I tried to run normalization in the SPM batch mode. In my bch script,
| the parameter normalize.bounding_box was set to be 3 (SPM99 template
| size). However, the resulting normalized images were in the 'default'
| bounding box. I am wondering why and what's the appropriate way to set
| the bounding_box.
I'm not all that familiar with the batch mode stuff in SPM99. What I
suspect is happening is that the spatial normalisation is not actually
picking up the bounding box you specify. If the global variable "sptl_BB"
is the correct size, then the spatial normalisation routine does not
ask for any new values for the bounding box. One fix for this may be to
type the following before running the batch functions.
global sptl_BB
sptl_BB = [];
Alternatively, you can set the default bounding box by typing
global sptl_BB
sptl_BB = [[-90 -126 -72];[91 91 109]];
