Dear John/Andrew and others:
Two questions-
VBM
1) If one has a specific apriori hypothesis for VBM is it valid to
use the SVC based on the voxel's t value? My understanding is that
the cluster p value is probably not correct based on your NI paper.
SnPM
2) Would it be valid to try using SnPM for VBM if one has 2 groups
(normal and abnormal) using the spm_snpm_MG2x.m plugin? The groups
are of unequal sizes (I believe 9 in one and 17 in the other). I'm
wondering if this could be used as a way to generate a more robust
threshold (hopefully lower- based on my subject gruops) than the
standard spm99 approach which requires a p<.05 corrected threshold
for VBM according to John's work.
Thanks,
Darren
