Dear everyone,
I hope this is not too trivial.
After performing the slice timing and realignment I try to co-register a 3D-T1
volume to the mean EPI-volume resulting from the realignment in order to do the
overlay of the results later on.
However, even though SPM carries out the co-registration it is always far off.
I made sure the origin of both the 3D- and the mean-img are at almost precisely
the same spot close to the AC. I also disabled brain masking using the defaults-
button but it didn't work out.
We are still having problems with our data conversion. Unfortunately, the 3D-
img, consisting of 200 transverse slices, seems to be scaled differently for
each slice. Might this be related to our co-registration problems ?
Any suggestion or comment would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
