Hello SPM users,
We have recently implemented event-related fmri with reasonable success.
Much of
our success has been the result of the help I have received on the
mailbase. So, I again
turn to you for some help.
Although we are have reasonable success with e-fmri, I am interested in
calculating
the efficiency of my paradigm. I have generated the paradigm with the
stochastic
design on SPM. I have two questions:
1. Is it possible to enter the design into the "seqefficiency" program
from MGH. If this
is possible could someone lead me through this. I have loaded the
program and ran it
with the SPM_fMRIDesMtx.mat, the SPMcfg.mat, the SPM.mat and the
Yidx.mat
files all to no avail. I do not get any output and if I choose -monly
and run the
seqeff_tmp.m file in matlab I get an error concerning the par file
dimensions.
2. If it is not possible to use seqefficiency could some help me with
the efficiency
calculation using the formula :
trace(c'*inv(xX.X(:,1:2)'*xX.X(:,1:2))*c)^-1
I really do not know how to implement this equation. Where do I get xX.X
and how do I enter "c".
I apologize if these questions are remedial but I am really stuck here.
