Eric:
I wonder if the scaling on the image is so far off that it is classifying
all the voxels into one clump. Segmentation should produce an output page
which gives the number of voxels (x 10^3 I believe), their mean and variance
for each segment. What does that say? Also if you click the display button
and show the original image, clicking on the image shows the voxel values
underneath the coordinate boxes. What does that say for typical gray and
white matter?
