Dear SPM-experts!
We are conducting an event related fMRI experiment with one event type (32
events/run with variable intervall, 3 runs a 590 scans per subject,
TR=500msec) and want to plot time courses of
activation in different brain regions in relation to the event onset. We
are especially interested in temporal differences.
Can anybody tell us what's the best way to do this in SPM 99.
We tried to plot time courses with 'fitted and adjusted responses' against
'scan or time' and plot the variable 'y' or 'Y' in matlab (what's the
exact content of y/Y?, Y seems to be a fitted curve...?!?, we are
interested in raw data!). Is there a way to average the time courses of
all the 3x32 events (knowing their exact SOA). Is there a way to get the
time courses via plotting 'event related responses with PSTH'? In the
latter case, what's the matlab variable containing the data of the plot?
I hope that didn't confuse too much...???!
Thanks in advance
