Dear Dr Afraim Haddadi,
you can do this very easy. If you specify your model you can
incorporate the realignment parameters as an user
specified regressors.
You can just say '1' regressor and use the right mouse button.
There will be an option 'load from text file'. The 'file select'
window appears an you must change the Filte to '*.txt'.
Now, you can select the File 'realignment_params_***.txt'.
SPM converts this text file into six regressors in your designmatrix.
