If you load the text file "realignment_params_M065.txt"
(for example) into Matlab from the directory where you
did the realignment, then type, say:
r=realignment_params_M065;
then when you specify the design matrix and are asked for
user-specified regressors, you can type "6" (3 translations;
3 rotations) and then simply enter:
r
(SPM will work out that you have entered all 6 regressors
in one go, and then will prompt you only for the names of each).
