Dear Stefan,
We like the SPM99 automation functions at:
http://www.kuleuven.ac.be/radiology/Research/fMRI/kulSPM/ind
ex.html
a lot, and have incorporated it for our data analysis.
Since we've got a clear data structure, we've been able to
go one step further and create envelope functions which do
not need to be changed for new file names. This is
described at:
http://www.bcn.rug.nl/gnip/reports/spmauto.pdf
and the couple of extra programs are at:
ftp://ftp.azg.nl/pub/maguire/spmauto
Perhaps you might be interested in the variable handling
techniques.
Thanks again,
Paul.
