I've also set up Krish's program BrainTools on RedHat (5.2). Two other
things to consider:
1) Some programs like Netscape take up lots of colors and can reduce the
number of available colors for other programs like BrainTools. This caused
some color-related error messages when I was first working with the
program.
2) I think there are different flags you can invoke in the command line
where you launch BrainTools that can alter the number of colors it
expects.
