Your were right...the numbering that I gave you was the numbering (in the
sequence they were collected) from top to bottom. So I should have entered the
order you suggested. However, does this depend on whether I reorient the image
first. For example, if I reorient the image in the z plane (with a coefficient
of -1, thereby flipping the image in the graphics window) before I do slice
timing, do I still enter the order you suggested above? Or does reorienting have
any impact on the entry of the slice order for slice timing?
