When developing SPM99, I based the MINC file reading on the relatively
small sample of MINC files that I had at hand. However, I can imagine
that there may be a large range of MINC files that SPM99 may be unable
to read. Youre MINC format is not necessarily wrong. It seems likely
that my MINC reading code is not yet flexible enough.

| we are running spm99 (final version (running on WindowsNT) and
| have done some succesful analysis with .img data files.
|
| However, when we try to use MINC files (signed_short format),
| spm99 claims:
|
| can not use image "d:\martijn\oud1305_101.mnc"
|
|
| Is our MINC format wrong?
|
| Is it possible to read MINC format anyway?
