Jon-
If you have MS Windows, you can convert the images to Analyze format using
my MRIcro freeware:
http://www.mrc-cbu.cam.ac.uk/~chris.rorden/mricro.htm
MRIcro can read Analyze, DICOM, ECAT 6/7, Genesis, Interfile and NEMA
format images, and convert them to Analyze.
Other freeware converters worth looking at are Medcon:
http://petaxp.rug.ac.be/~nolf/welcome.html#CONVERSION
and DICOM2
http://www.hds.utc.fr/~barre/medical/dicom2/
both of which run on a variety of platforms.
