| our problem is that when we use the overlay button followed by slices the images
| we obtain are inverted in the sense that the left image corresponds to the value
| of z over the right image and viceversa. In other terms everything should be
| fine if the left image were at the place of the right one and viceversa.
I haven't come across this problem before, and I suspect its source may be difficult
to find. Is the value of z shown above the left hand image lower than that shown
above the right, or is the slice shown on the left from higher in the brain than
than that on the right? I'm assuming that all the data are spatially normalised.
