|where do you get BrainTools? Is it freeware?
BrainTools is a suite of software written by Krish Singh, now at Liverpool
University. It's free for educational usage. I can highly recommend the 3d
visualisation part of the package, mri3dX. It'll run on anything with
Motif/X11 support i.e. SGI/Sun/Linux
