The error suggests that none of the voxels were analyzed. I can not say
for definate why this happened. What value did you use for any "grey-matter
threshold" that you may have entered? The threshold you enter depends
on if you do grand-mean-scaling. If grand mean scaling is used, then this
needs to be taken into consideration when entering any absolute gray-matter
threshold. If this threshold is too high, then none of the voxels will have
been analysed. Alternatively, you may have an image in your time series that
is completely empty, which would also cause problems.
You can check which voxels are included in an analysis by looning at the
mask.img that is produced in the results directory.
