The file contains the estimated movement parameters in the same order as
they were specified. So if the images were specified as:
10 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 11 12 ....
Then the confounds should be taken from the following lines of
realignment_params_N.txt:
2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 1 11 12 ....

| just a brief question about the file realignment_params_N.txt:
| I usually take the 10th volume from the raw data as the first one to be
| considered in the movement correction.
| The first line of the resulting file is made up of several 0 s, so I
| suppose that it is related to the 10th volume, while the second line
| refers to the actual 2nd raw volume and the 10th line is the actual 1st
| line of the raw data. Is this interpretation correct?! For me it's
| important to know that, in order to use it as confound for the matrix
| and statistics.
| Should I exchange this first line with the 10th, once I've obtained the
| .txt file?
