Just another alternative - I create a new "dummy" contrast - number 3
say.
I then use ImCalc to create the masked image, and name it spmT_0003.img
in the same dir. When you then press Results and choose contrast 3, you
can use the normal SPM display options for the masked results. Note that
you must be careful this way not to overwrite previous important
contrasts,
and to remember which contrasts are masked, etc.
