Dear MEDPHYS or SPMMERS:
We have been trying to develop a nuclear medicine physics program and to
establish a role of nuclear medicine physicist in the Hospital. It is
relatively well known for the role of medial physicist in the area of
Radiation Oncology, Radiation Theraphy, or Radiation Safety.
However, It is not clear how to justify to have a medical physicist in
nuclear medicine and how to specify their roles in daily practice.
I would appreciate if someone can provide me any reference materials,
documents, or published paper related with justification of having a
medical physicist in nuclear medicine.
Sincerely,
Hee-Joung
