Two lectureships are available commencing 1 September 2000 or as soon
as possible thereafter. Applicants should have a Ph.D. in chemistry
or physics and an excellent track record in research in some area of
experimental physical chemistry or chemical physics. A strong interest
in teaching at undergraduate and graduate level is also required.
The successful candidates will be expected to establish an independent
research profile at Durham.

The Chemistry Department at Durham has been rated Grade 5 in each of the
