Dudley Randall, poet and founder of Broadside Press in 1965 has passed.
He is noted for poems "Ballad of Birmingham" and "Booker T. and W.E.B"
He also wrote these lines from his poem "A Poet is Not a Jukebox:
"a poet is not a jukebox for someone to shove a quarter in his ear
and get the tune they want to hear"
