Thanks to John Tranter for his references to Robert Bringhurst & his book
on typography. Bringhurst is an interesting poet, & one of those eccentric
scholars without whom we could not do.
For the last many years he has been engaged in 'translating' Haida epic
poetry, and (or &) arguing that it is as 'great' as the epics of ancient
Greece etc.
