Andrew Burke: You're more likely to find a copy of LWH in a few hours in
Perth than in the store I frequented in Burbank. (Which has by now
probably become another Gap, MacDonald's, Planet Hollywood, Fuddrucker,
Booeymonger, or Starbuck's.) Also, airfare to LA is expensive. But it's
your choice. As to the suggestion that there may be something better to
do with your day, I can't even address that.

wonder if he ever talked about why he moved to Japan? There's some
