Dom,
what vertiginous ideas are you expressing here!?
Are you sure you want to take responsibility
for this last set of statements?
Too dangerous implications are connected
to this ideal of yours of the "intelligent reasons".
Matter of fact, these "cold blooded decisions" which you seem to prefer
to the crime "passionelle" have been too often characterized by a
fallacious, fallible justice:
by the bloody word of Men.
(But please, tell me, when you speak of "cold-blood murders conceived for
"rational reasons"
are you referring
as much to the death penalty inflicted to
criminals as to the massacres of the guillotine under the Age of
Enlightment?
(ah!, the right of the Republicans against the corrupted Monarchists? The
getting rid of all those heads).
Are you
remembering the Red Brigade's claim that they were rightly executing the
(poor and miserable)
Democratic Minister Aldo Moro for being
part of a corrupted system (the DC) which would not meet their demands?
And isn't a cold-blooded murder also the
"premeditate, intentional murder " of the assassin who has conceived and
accomplished his awful crime
after a cold-blooded, rational plan? Like somebody wanting to inherit an
estate without waiting the natural death of his/her aunty Augusta?
I now understand the problem here: advert to any color red , you seem to be
convinced
that the colour blue i preferible. The colour
commonly defined as "cold" and associated to supposed cool and rational
states of mind.
I really belieev that the crime passionelle is equal to any State
executions. In front of such horrors there is no appliable scale.
There is not such a think as Reason and conscience. These are our
inventions.
The relation between Ego and Super-Ego is a
fundamentally hysterical and neurotical one, for me. We are a mess.
The obsession of the self about its own rights being the matrix of all.
Justice is fallible. Reason too.
I do not understand what exact line of reasoning are you following.
