i wonder if we enjoy talking about poetry and the process of

Though it may irritate sometime and bore to tears on others I think that is
one of the very purposes of a group such as this--practically everyone here
is sure of his skills and craft and doesn't feel the need to get
workshopped. I think they participate or lurk partially to see how others
deal with or handle problems, either of composition, interpretation,
presentation or of the writing life.
For me poems are not these objects that spring to existence from
nowhere--they are the products of living, breathing human beings (or of
those who once lived and breathed) and the process, as well as the facts of
their lives, helps one to interpret what lays on the page.
