It's not a bad poem, though the irony I thought was a little obvious.
I can believe the last part is real -- I've seen in old magazines
advertising campaigns run by cigarette companies which featured supposed
doctors touting the benefits of a given brand. I still don't know what
Kensitas Flowers are, unless you mean Kensita's Flowers and Kensita is
the name of the person. Or maybe it's the name of the cigarette
company?
