Greetings
Any pearls of wisdom on treating moderately severe genu recurvatum? There
is no generalized ligamentous laxity. No Hx of ACL rupture or high heeled
shoes, patella alta not evident either. Dorsiflexion of the ankle is
adequate, with no sign of equinus.
The pt, (38 y/o female) is however pronating significantly and "wants some
support on the inside of .... foot".
