Dear Enrique
Thankyou for your response, although it is not quite what I need.
I was looking more along the lines of natural hazards or natural disasters
are wrongly named because they are only classed as hazards or disasters if
people are affected. If people didn't live in hazardous environments, such
as flood plains, earthquake faults, etc then it wouldn't be a disaster but
merely an event. I have this basic knowledge but I need to expand on it for
my essay. I was looking for any ideas on this topic ut I don't think i
explained very clearly.
