is the debate on the name of a natural hazard scientist really as
important as actually discussing the topic itself? I have been
reading the various replies to the original question over the past
few days and have come to the conclusion that with so many
scientists from so many different fields of expertise, i somehow do
not think a satisfactory answer to the name problem actually exists!
can we get back to the discussion of the topic itself rather than
trying to decide what we should be called.
